FASHION INVASION BAZAAR VOL.2
Hi Peeps!
It's been a while now since we last update this blog. Well, this is because we were busy planning the next venue for our Fashion Invasion Bazaar :) We are unable to hold another bazaar in Sakura Kristal as the management needs more space for their Ramadhan Buffet hence rejected our proposal to hold bazaar during the fasting month. But no worries! We will definitely going back there after Ramadhan.
To not disappoint our very supportive vendors and shoppers, we then thought of TAR College. Immediately on last Monday we head to their office and proposed them our intention to hold a bazaar in the college. But luck is not on our side again, we got rejected with the reason their examination is just around the corner so they are unable to let us in. :( sigh..
After that we searched around the neighbourhood looking for another suitable place. Finally , we stopped at AEON AU2 (Setiawangsa) Shopping Centre (Jaya Jusco) and was thinking why not we give a shot see whether we could get a place in there. So, we gave the Management a ring and guess what? They seemed interested! However, they would like to see our proposal first before deciding whether to let us hold a bazaar in the mall or not. We are now working hard on the proposal and one of the item they need from us is a list of participating vendors and what goods the vendors are selling.
In this case, we urge all blogshop owners/vendors to send us an email if any of you are interested to participate in this bazaar (in AEON AU2) stating what items you would like to sell during the bazaar. Date of the bazaar & the price of the booth is yet to be confirmed (The list of vendors need to be submitted first before we know the price they are charging us. We will fight for the best price!). We will keep you posted on this ;)

To all VENDORS,
We would like to say thank you once again for participating in this bazaar. We are really glad that 85% of the vendors are happy with the bazaar and wish to join us again in the future. Thanks for all the support fellow vendors! We do hope we could see you guys again in the future! :) we will keep you posted!
However, we did receive few complaints about the slow human traffic on Sunday. And there was this particular vendor asked for a refund. There were some crowds in the cafe on Saturday and yes, it turned slow on Sunday despite the fact that we did all the necessary marketing and promotion. We are not trying to push away our responsibility as the organizer but we would like you all to know the efforts that we had put in. We, as the organizer definitely hope all of you make good sales during the bazaar. We wouldn't like seeing unhappy faces, we were under a lot of stress too! And of course there is still room for improvement for us. We will try to create more awareness for future bazaars.

Hi ALL!
We just finished distributing our flyers today! Wow.. we didn't know this flyer distributing thing is such a tough job until we actually do it all by ourselves! Haha.. guess what? We actually sneaked into condominiums in order to put our flyers into the mailbox!! We were so afraid that we are going to be thrown out from the condos by the security guards. But thank god we managed to put in our flyers in every single mailbox! Yay! (^_^)
We then head to Carrefour Wangsa Maju thinking of distributing our flyers there BUT we found out later we can't as the management does not allowed us to do so. So, what we did was, we went to the basement car park and start distributing there without their notice! :D
Other places we went:

Desa Setapak
Taman Permata
Prima Setapak
Taman Melawati etc.
p/s: We would like to say million of thanks to the STAFF of Sakura Kristal Cafe for helping us in our flyers distribution !!
Tomorrow we will post up pictures of where our buntings and banners been put up and the bazaar area.
So shoppers! Remember to join the shopping crowd this weekend. We bet is going to be a very different shopping experience.
And to people who are not so into shopping, do drop by and dine in Sakura Kristal. What they serve is really worth what you are paying! Do try their Indonesion Fried Rice, Mushroom Soup, Carbonara, Roti Ayam, Fresh Water Prawn Mee and Hong Kong Kuey Teow!! Slurp...! Two thumbs up! :)
